Thanks To Roman May, I have been doing some research on spring planting using my wireless internet in independence. I found a great guide on Pintrest.com that tells you when to plant what and then when you can expect it to mature depending on the region of the country that you are in.
I have always loved to have fresh herbs and veggies. I have never had a green thumb though. Some years, a few of my things will do great, but others the ones that thrived the year before will do terribly. Last year, my eggplants did wonderfully. I think that my husband got sick and tired of eating eggplant all the time though! I made eggplant rollitini, eggplant parmasean, eggplant manicotti, grilled eggplant, sautéed eggplant, and basically anyway that you could think of preparing an eggplant, I made.
I love eggplant, but I have to admit that I was eggplant-outed. Hopefully, this year, with the help of Pintrest, we will have a better garden and a better variety. Then, we won’t have to end up eating the same veggie every single night!
